AKA Product Features
Features are the capabilities or qualities of a product that give value to the user. Put more simply; a feature is something a product does. For example, in a food delivery app, a feature might be the ability to track the delivery person.
For apps or software, features can mean a broad array of things:
Visual elements that make up the look and feel of the products
Software capabilities such as what the user can achieve within the product
How software tools work together inside the software to provide the overall experience
