Spaces are an enterprise feature which allow to:
- manage permissions of your account's members - you can add different people to different spaces, and they will only see the content in their assigned space
Additionally, each Space has its own installation script - this way you can use a single Usetiful account to manage onboarding content for different projects.
Spaces selector is only available when you have more than one Space.
To create a Space, click on your email in the top right corner of the screen, then select Space management.
When you add members to your account, the members will be added to the Space that is currently selected.
Global Admin role is the first user in the account and has the permission to create/delete spaces, and assign members.
In addition, you can also customize the themes for each individual space. (See Customize theme for natural look & feel)
