By adding Forms to your tour step, you can collect important customer details and feedback. They enable you to gather valuable information and insights, such as user preferences and opinions. Additionally, you can create more personalized interactions and optimize data-driven engagement.

To enhance a tour step with a form field, click on the text within the preview area. This allows you to include various form field options such as Text, Dropdown, Email, Checkboxes, and Radio buttons in the step.

After selecting the desired form field type, users have the option to provide an Id name and a label name for the form. The Id serves as an internal identifier that is not visible to end users, while the label is the question or label of the field that users will see.

If users leave the Id or label field empty, the system will automatically generate a unique Id and replace the label with a default value.

Additionally, you can mark selected form fields as required. After selecting the desired field type, you can enable the required field option. This way when a required input field in the form is left unfilled, the primary button in the tour will be disabled and a message will be displayed, reminding the user to fill in the field before proceeding.
