Enhance your account security by enabling Single Sign-On (SSO) via Azure. (Enterprise only)
Start by completing the setup in Azure. Once that's done, switch to your Usetiful account to finish the configuration. Follow the steps below to complete the integration:
1- Add User to Azure account.
- Make sure the user's email address in Azure matches the Usetiful account email address.
2- Set up an Identity Provider (IDP) in Azure.
- In the Azure portal, search for "Microsoft Entra ID" and click on "Enterprise Applications".
- Navigate to "Create new application" on the Enterprise Applications page.
- Provide a name for the Identity Provider, and choose the third option.
- Click on the "Create" button.

3- Now you can configure SSO.
- Select "Set up Single Sign on".
- Select "SAML".
- Upload the metadata file to the Azure portal.

4- To get the metadata from Usetiful:
- Log in to your Usetiful account and navigate to the Space management section.
- After enabling Single Sign-On (SSO), Usetiful will guide you through each step until you reach the download stage.

5- Once you download the metadata in your Usetiful account, go back to the Azure portal to upload the metadata file.
6- Then, download the Federation Metadata XML from Azure and upload it to your Usetiful account.

7- You will receive a message notifying you that SSO has been set up successfully.
- Use the provided link to log in to your Usetiful account with SSO.
- Alternatively, copy the account number for SSO login.
