Usetiful Reports provides powerful insights into the effectiveness of your in-app experiences. You can find detailed reports for: Tours, Smart Tips, Checklists, Banners, and Surveys.
The reporting dashboard features key metrics designed to help you measure engagement and iteration success.
On the main Reports Overview page, you will find high-level metrics designed for quick monitoring:
Monthly Assists (Total): The total number of unique users assisted across all your Usetiful Spaces this month.
Monthly Assists by Space: The total number of unique users assisted within a particular Space this month.
Top Performing Content: A list of your most engaged content (Tours, Smart Tips, etc.) sorted by the highest number of Assists.
