Usetiful can track individual users, and their progress and group them into segments based on their behavior. To enable this functionality you need to be on Premium plan or higher and send userIDs to Usetiful reporting.
The Profiles page contains the list of users who saw your Usetiful content.
Click on the user IDs to view their profiles. The profile shows how much progress users have made on the content they have already seen.
If you also send tags into Usetiful reporting, you can see what tags are assigned to a user and you can assign new tags by clicking on the Manage tags action.
Additionally, you have the option to import your users data to Usetiful by clicking on the Import users button, enabling you to personalize user experiences as new or returning. Find out more here.
